ABOUT KISANE BRÄSLER YOGA
A tranquil ‘home’ studio located in beautiful Kyalami Estates.
Since the advent of the Corona virus pandemic and the introduction of ‘social distancing’, Kisane will offer personalised yoga tuition either on a one-on-one basis or to a maximum of two people, provided that you are both part of the same household.
No matter your age or ability, I invite you to experience the joy and challenge of Hatha vinyasa yoga in a practice that progressively develops your strength and flexibility, balances the left and right sides of your body, calms your mind and soothes your soul.
LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
I completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved Hatha Yoga course in 2007 with Shades of Yoga (RYS) (as it is currently known) and more recently a Mentorship 1-30 hours Continuing Yoga Tuition (YACEP) with Melanie Castleman Yoga in 2018. I have been teaching for the past 12 years and my teaching ability ranges from large groups in a health club environment to smaller groups at a private yoga studio as well as one-on-one sessions at home.
I believe that yoga becomes part of a holistic lifestyle practice as the lessons and insights attained on the mat will influence how you choose to approach not only your health and well-being but how you live your life.
Classes, unless otherwise specified, will be one hour long. You will be supplied with a Manduka yoga mat and any other yoga props that you may require. Please arrive wearing a protective mask. This will be worn throughout the session. Your first class, which will introduce you to the concept of yoga practice, to Kisane and her studio, will be free of charge. Thereafter, post Covid-19 rates will apply. Please discuss with Kisane what will suit your personal financial situation.
All mats and equipment will be sanitised after each session.
Kisane looks forward to engaging with you once again in the joyful expression of yoga.

In the end, only three things matter:
how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
